This is a 12 week Program made up of 7 One to One Zoom Call Coaching Sessions and 5 Telephone / Zoom Calls

  • Discover the role "HABITS" play in our lives and how to cultivate good habits for long-term change
  • Discover how stress affects our health and our lives
  • Develop some practices that will help to cope with harmful stress levels
  • Learn what it means to be mindful and how to become a mindful person
  • Discover your Identity - "What makes you who you are?"
  • Rediscover lost dreams
  • Learn to re-design your life creating space to embrace your passions
  • Find fulfilment and purpose in life

Week 1

Session 1 (One to One on Zoom)

  • Introduction to the Program - How it will work, what is required etc.
  • Initial Assessment to identify Clients Targets and setting of Goals

Week 2

Session 2 (One to One on Zoom)

  • Unit 1 - Structures and Supports
    • Identify our coping mechanisms (our HABITS) and what role they play in our lives
    • Learn about the HABIT LOOP and how it can be broken
    • Discover how to form some good habits that can lead to long-term, positive CHANGE
    • Set TARGETS for the week

Week 3

Practice Week - Putting all that has been learnt into practice - TRANSITION

    • Telephone Call / Zoom Call to TRACK progress made, with opportunity for questions and guidance

Week 4

Session 3 (One to One on Zoom)

  • TRACK progress from the previous weeks and discuss changes that may need to be made
  • Celebrate successes - where TRANSFORMATION has occurred
  • Unit 2 - Slowing
    • What does it mean to live Slowly and with Intention
    • Discover how stress affects our health and our lives
    • Identify certain areas of our lives where stress levels are at their highest
    • Learn about different ways to manage stress, looking at different practices that can be developed to help cope with harmful stress levels
    • Discover what it means to be Mindful, to be present in the moment
    • Learn about using daily Meditation to cultivate Mindfulness
    • Set TARGETS for the week

Week 5

Practice Week - Putting all that has been learnt into practice - TRANSITION

    • Telephone Call / Zoom Call to TRACK progress made, with opportunity for questions and guidance

Week 6

Session 4 (One to One on Zoom)

  • TRACK progress from the previous weeks and discuss changes that may need to be made
  • Celebrate successes - where TRANSFORMATION has occurred
  • Unit 3 - Understanding your "Self"
    • Who are you?
    • What makes you tick?
    • What are your dreams and your passions?
    • What makes you feel alive?
    • Set TARGETS for the week

Week 7

    • Telephone Call / Zoom Call to TRACK progress made, with opportunity for questions and guidance.

Week 8

Session 5 (One to One on Zoom)

  • TRACK progress from the previous weeks and discuss changes that may need to be made
  • Celebrate successes - where TRANSFORMATION has occurred
  • Unit 4 - Shaping
    • How could our life look if we live into our identity?
    • Taking a long, hard look at our lives
    • Creating a plan for our life
    • How can we make our dreams a reality?
    • Set TARGETS for the week

Week 9

Week 10

Session 6 (One to One on Zoom)

  • TRACK progress from the previous weeks and discuss changes that may need to be made

  • Unit 5 - Simplicity
    • What does it mean to live simply?
    • Simplicity brings opportunity
    • Creating space to enjoy our passions
    • Investing time in the things that bring you joy and fulfilment
    • Set TARGETS for the week

Week 11

  • Telephone Call / Zoom Call to TRACK progress made, with opportunity for questions and guidance.

Week 12

Session 5 (One to One on Zoom)

  • TRACK progress from the previous weeks and discuss changes that may need to be made
  • Celebrate successes - where TRANSFORMATION has occurred
  • Discuss how to move forward with the practices already learnt and how to continue on the journey towards CHANGE that has been started.
